We are currently seeking a Full Time Office/Accounts Administrator with previous experience. This position will play an important role in customer service and the organisational strength of our company and requires someone who can maintain a positive and friendly company image as first line of contact to visitors, online and via telephone.
Qualified Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a firm grasp of Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll (VAT returns, bank reconciliation, PAYE & pension) as well as experience with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). An understanding of social media is desired but not essential.
Working unsupervised, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:
– answering & directing telephone calls
– managing emails
– drafting, formatting and printing documents
– assisting with invoicing
– record keeping
